This easy single serving Guacamole recipe takes less than 5 minutes to put together!

  • 1 Mixing Bowl


  • 1 Avocado Ripe!
  • 1/2 Lime or 1-2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp White Onion
  • 1 Tomato I use on the vine


  • Chop up 1/2 an avocado (save the other half for your next batch!).
  • Chop up 1 whole medium on-the-vine tomato. You can use any type of tomato that you want. But you need about 1/2 cup of tomato chopped.
  • You can pulse a white onion through a chopper, or finely chop the white onion.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Squeeze half a lime, or 2 tablespoons of lime juice over the mixture and give it a stir.
  • Serve up and enjoy!


This can be a great snack, pair it on top of a rice cake for a filling, fibre filled snack!
