6 Fast Rules For Making Waffles

01 Preheat your waffle iron so it's hot!

02 Keep the bananas in a ziplock so air doesn't get in.

05 Add whipped egg whites for a fluffy texture.

06 Mix until just incorporated.

Add 1.5 cups of all purpose flour + 0.5 cups of protein powder + 1 cup of milk + 1 mashed banana into a bowl.

This is the texture that your batter should be.  If it is too thick, add more milk, if it is too thin, add more flour!

Beat two egg whites in a bowl with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until white peaks form.

Now mix all the egg white mixture into the dry mixture.  Mix until just combined, don't overmix!

Place about 1/4 cup of waffle mixture into the pre-heated waffle maker (make sure you spray oil on it first).  Cook for about 6 minutes.
